Access Vision Plan
For just $2 per month, you can add a simple and carefree vision plan to your dental plan. The Access Vision Plan provides savings of up to 45% at more than 10,000 locations of independent providers and retail stores such as LensCrafters, EyeMasters and more.

The Access Vision Plan is only available when added to a dental plan. It is a fee-for-service discount plan and not an insured product.
