Thank you for visiting the site. Below is LOTS of information... sort of like taking a drink from a fire hose... but it has details for those that like that kind of stuff.

Remember there is NO SUCH THING AS MATERNITY INSURANCE!  The supplemental plans described below cover medically necessary hospitalizations while you are ensured.  They just so happen to cover maternity after a 10 month waiting period. No maternity benefits are paid if you are hospitalized for maternity before the 11th month.  We encourage you to consider the policies below as part of your long term insurance portfolio.

Purchasing the plans below to have a baby - only to drop the plan directly after the delivery is not in the best interest of the companies that offer these supplemental plans.  We encourage you to consider the benefits of these plans for any hospitalization and not just maternity plans.  Having said that...

For those that like the bottom line, it is this:
You could save $420 / month in a bank account for the next 12 months and have $5,000 to pay for towards your  maternity expenses relating to a birth one year from now.
(Note: Maternity bills can be anywhere from $4,000 to $12,000+)

OR Instead...

You could choose one (or both) of the following benefit packages below:
Example: Pay apx $200 / month and receive $5,500 or more for a two day hospital stay
and over $8,800 for a C-Section with a 4 day hospital stay!
(See below for chart explanations and details)

Premium / Benefit Charts Explanation:
The charts above combines up to three company's plans. Each has a specified benefit they will pay out when you are admitted to the hospital for a medical condition for at least 24 hours. They also pay a daily benefit for each day you are hospitalized. In most cases the longer your hospital stay,  the more you receive (depending on which plan you pick). Whatever benefit you receive is paid to you.  If there is money left over it is yours to keep. The benefit you receive is shown under the "Benefit 2 Day" and the "C-Sec 4 days" columns . These two amounts are examples of a 2 day hospital stay as well as a 4 day "C-Section" delivery hospital stay. If you only stay one day you get less. If you stay 3 days you get more, etc. See the insurance policy document for exclusions and limitations on the policy. Contact your agent to discuss this option.
